LG Nexus 5X Listed on Amazon India Ahead of Launch

Google is widely expected to launch new Nexus smartphones – believed to be dubbed Nexus 5X and Nexus 6P – at its September 29 event in San Francisco. The yet-to-be-announced LG Nexus 5X however may have been leaked by an online retailer already.

Amazon India has listed the LG Nexus 5X 16GB variant as ‘Currently unavailable.’ The listing potentially spills the beans ahead of the official unveiling next week. Of course since this is a third-party retailer, one cannot be certain if these will be the official specifications whenever Google launches the smartphone. In case you are wondering, the listings – in Ice Blue, Charcoal Black, and Quartz White colours – do not have any information on pricing of the LG Nexus 5X. The listing, first spotted by FindYogi, doesn’t include any images of the handset either.

The listing also claims that the Nexus 5X supports Quick Charge 2.0. The listing also claims that the Nexus 5X will runs Android 6.0 Marshmallow out-of-the-box. These specifications are in line with recent leaks, but nothing’s official until Google’s announcement next week
