Tata Motors has come up with a ‘Mega Service Camp for its passenger vehicle customers’ from November 11-17. This campaign includes a free car check-up that will take place at 527 dealerships across 281 cities in India.
Tata car owners can get their cars checked at the camp through a 40-point vehicle heath check-up program. The service personnel at the workshop will advise car owners if their vehicle needs any repair or part replacement. Apart from a complimentary free car wash, the company will offer 20 per cent discount on labour charges and spare parts.
Customers can also opt for various insurance renewal offers and discounts on road side assistance policies. Then, there are other value added services and accessories that are being offered at a discount of 10 per cent. The company has tied up with more than 20 suppliers to provide these discounts on these genuine parts and services.
